Life often brings unexpected surprises, sometimes in the best way! Shirin's mom is a true inspiration. She seized the moment and decided to pursue her university degree, proving that dreams can come true at any stage of life. That spirit of resilience is something Shirin carries close to her heart, and it's what led us on this unexpected adventure together.
Our original plan wasn’t exactly world travel and laptops by the beach (although, those aren’t bad perks!). We both had successful careers—Shirin as a dedicated French teacher, and me as a carpenter artist crafting beautiful wooden creations. But when immigration came knocking, things became a bit more challenging, especially with the TCF Canada exam.
Shirin recalls the stress of traveling long distances for the exam and struggling with unfamiliar keyboards. We knew there had to be a better way for immigrants to prepare for the TCF and reach their Canadian dreams.
That’s when fate intervened (or maybe it was just really good coffee?), and we met Alex, a fellow entrepreneur in Antalya, Turkey. He became a great friend and mentor, helping us turn our challenges into solutions for others.
